LPN Responsibilities:

Care for Residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
Perform all duties in accordance with the facility and federal and State standards.
Assist RN's and Supervisors.
Provide Direct Care.
Administer medication and treatments.
Organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care.
Ensures that "Flow of Care" is followed.
Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
