Case Consultant Department: Front End Employment Type: Full Time Location: Norfolk, VA Compensation: $40,000 / year Description Rutter Mills LLP, a leading personal injury law firm in Hampton Roads, is seeking a committed and client-focused Case Consultant to join our Front End Department. This role plays an important part in the firm’s success and reputation by serving as a first point of contact for potential clients and helping create a professional, compassionate, and positive intake experience. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outbound calls with warmth, accuracy, and exceptional client service Conduct new client intakes for designated case types, helping ensure a seamless and supportive experience Collect, verify, and document client information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records Communicate effectively with current and potential clients, referrals, walk‑ins, and team members Assist with front‑end client support and help ensure timely follow‑up throughout the intake process Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all interactions Qualifications You must consider exceeding client expectations a priority. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate potentially detailed and complex information to others. Ability to work independently and with a team.
