Corporate Paralegal

Description Verrill is actively reviewing resumes for a Corporate Paralegal in our Boston, Massachusetts office. Responsibilities drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents; preparing and filing annual reports, audit letters and annual compliance filings; managing and maintaining corporate records; collaborating with attorneys on fast paced merger and acquisition closings and other corporate matters; interfacing professionally with clients and other legal professionals; maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills; at least three (3) years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus; capable of producing high quality work in a timely and professional manner while providing exceptional client service and team support in a fast‑paced environment; exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; financial acumen; advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); proven project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks successfully; enjoy working as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Compensation Hourly rate: $48.71 - $51.28. This is Verrill’s good faith estimate of the hourly rate for the position at the time of this posting for the indicated location. Final compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, job‑related qualifications and other market factors. This range represents only one component of a comprehensive compensation and benefits package at Verrill.
