About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Administration to join their team. This role involves the development and implementation of policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance, as well as monitoring and managing budgets and expenses related to administrative functions. The VP of Administration will also be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment, and coordinating office maintenance. Strong leadership and managerial skills are essential, and the ideal candidate will have a background in public accounting, experience in managing operations through mergers and acquisitions, and a proven track record of at least 7 years' in administrative operations management. Candidates for the VP of Administration position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A background in the public accounting industry is strongly favored. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications. Knowledge of legal industry regulations and compliance requirements is also necessary.
