Experienced Water Heater Installation Plumber

Our residential water heater installation plumber position does not currently involve any sewer work and comes with company‑paid health insurance! You will be paid a set piece rate pay for all water heater installations and have the ability to up‑sell while on the job! Our plumber position is ideal for those who are entrepreneurial in nature as you will be running your territory as though it was your own business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installation of water heaters including gas and electric tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, hybrid water heaters, direct and power vent water heaters and recirculating pumps. Removal of existing water heaters and responsible for disposing of them properly. Ensure the required documentation for each job is completed and uploaded into our system in a timely fashion. Maintain the proper truck stock for the scope of work required. Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality. Qualifications: Have a positive attitude with a passion for the plumbing trade Minimum of 3 years' experience in the plumbing trade Ability to operate a mobile device / tablet Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Valid Driver's license and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices Must be completely drug free at all times and pass a background check Ability to lift heavy objects (with appropriate lifting tools) up to 50 pounds Possesses mechanical aptitude and the skill to operate hand power tools and equipment High school diploma or GED is required Service Titan experience is preferred Benefits Include: Health Insurance Dental, Vision, Life & Accident Insurance Paid Time Off 401K Company phone Company vehicle Company uniforms Why join Delta Mechanical? Physical Requirements Climbing: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Specifically, when the amount of climbing exceeds that needed for ordinary motion. Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position‑to‑position. Specifically, if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles. Very Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds or more of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
