Position Overview LUMINARY is seeking an experienced, polished, and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our Dallas boutique. This role is ideal for a luxury retail professional who thrives in a client-focused environment, leads by example on the sales floor, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, coach associates, maintain exceptional visual standards, and deliver the elevated hospitality experience that defines the LUMINARY brand. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations and achieve sales goals. Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals while helping the team achieve overall store performance. Lead by example on the sales floor by delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized styling, clienteling, and follow-up. Coach, mentor, and develop associates to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and client engagement. Monitor and improve key performance metrics including sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and client retention. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards that reflect the LUMINARY brand. Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy. Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture. Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewelry, home furnishings, or hospitality. Proven success in retail sales , with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong clienteling experience with the ability to build and maintain a loyal customer base. Passion for luxury fashion, interior design, and delivering world‑class client experiences. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a high‑performing sales team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with visual merchandising and maintaining luxury presentation standards. Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology (Shopify experience is a plus).
