Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel Stepdown assignment in Uniontown, PA. This position involves working in a fast-paced acute care environment with a patient mix that includes heavy cardiac cases with dysrhythmias and CVAs, alongside various other conditions. The unit has a 28-bed capacity and operates with a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring dedicated care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide patient care in a 28-bed Stepdown unit
• Interpret and monitor telemetry strips
• Titrate cardiac drips including Cardizem, Nitro, Dopamine, and Dobutamine
• Care for patients on Bipap, Cpap, and High Flow vents
• Collaborate with in-house hospitalists and intensive care unit staff
• Assist with various patient downgrades from ICU
• Float to ICU as required

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum experience in a similar acute care setting
• Ability to interpret telemetry strips
• Experience with titrating drips
