Occupational Therapist

Full-Time Occupational Therapist role in Fargo, ND, focused on delivering personalized therapy to patients of all ages. The position enhances patient independence and functional recovery through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients of all ages.
2. Provide individualized therapy to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
4. Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery and daily living activities.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
6. Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
7. Assist with quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in North Dakota
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
• CPR/BLS certification

• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
