The ideal candidate is a licensed cosmetologist or barber with a passion for leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily salon operations, coaching and developing team members, and helping create a positive, welcoming environment for both clients and employees. You’ll partner closely with the Salon Manager to drive team success, strengthen salon culture, and achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and supervising daily salon operations Provide coaching, support, and development to stylists and coordinators Deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure customer satisfaction Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Support revenue growth and retail goals alongside the Salon Manager Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, techniques, and products Help foster a positive, professional, and team-focused culture Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barber license Previous salon leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of professional haircare and retail products Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?
