Warehouse ManagerWe are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead its rapidly growing e?commerce operations. The position oversees the entire warehouse and order fulfillment process, from receiving and inventory management to final delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on?time service.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Manage day?to?day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, assembly, production, and quality controlFulfillment Oversight: Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and shipped on time, meeting customer expectationsTeam Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 warehouse personnel, providing hands?on support and fostering a collaborative, safety?oriented cultureProcess Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performanceLogistics Coordination: Manage logistics for e?commerce fulfillment, including coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teamsSafety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure compliance with warehouse and operational standardsInventory & ERP Systems: Maintain accurate inventory records, operate ERP and warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite), and manage production inventoryCustomer Service: Ensure high service levels for the robotics and plastic materials markets, supporting Robosource's mission to serve educators, students, and teamsQualifications & RequirementsExperience: 1–2 years in warehouse or manufacturing operations, with e?commerce fulfillment experience preferredSkills: Forklift operation, inventory management, order fulfillment, lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and leadership.Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field; trade school or manufacturing training is acceptableOther: Driver's license, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work flexible schedules
