We are partnering with a well-established, environmentally focused organization to hire two Customer Care Agents on the Seacosst in NH. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their customer service career within a stable company known for promoting from within. Many employees who start in Customer Care advance into leadership roles or other departments throughout the organization. What You’ll Do Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, account updates, and service requests Document call details and account updates accurately within company systems Utilize multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service Maintain professionalism and composure when handling escalated or challenging customer interactions What We’re Looking For Candidates from retail, hospitality, food service, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems at once Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding service Schedule This is a full-time, onsite position in Portsmouth, NH. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Employees work rotating shifts within those hours, including:

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
