Front Desk/Night Auditor,
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and they should be able to coordinate and manage all types of people. Other skills include:
- Strong customer service
- knowledge of safety and bookeeping skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to answer complaints
- Abiliity to solve problems and diffuse tense situations
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to work our third shift 11:00pm to 7:30am
- check in and check out guests
- Perform Night audit
- Must keep lobby clean at all times.
- Keep coffe area clean
