Customer Service Representative Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sunland Park, NM! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring every order is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other internal teams to provide timely communication and deliver outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's ERP system. Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, pricing, delivery schedules, and account needs. Monitor customer ordering trends and proactively follow up on changes in purchasing activity. Coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Investigate and resolve customer questions, order discrepancies, and service concerns. Maintain customer pricing and account information to ensure accuracy. Support export documentation and customer requirements when applicable. Assist with sample requests, promotional programs, and special customer projects. Prepare reports and provide administrative support for the Sales and Customer Service teams. Partner with internal departments to continuously improve customer satisfaction and service levels. What's Required? High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) 12 years of customer service, order entry, or administrative experience Manufacturing, food production, or distribution experience is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Experience working with ERP or order management systems is preferred Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy About Us Stampede Culinary Partners is an innovative protein solutions company founded in 1995 and built on a simple principle: customer satisfaction.
