To assist in the overall duties of the daily operation of the F&B department including meeting banquets to efficiently serve all hotel patrons in a courteous and professional manner. To maintain proper sanitation at all times as per local health department regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities Report to the F&B Manager or the shift supervisor at the beginning of your shift. Complete duties as assigned by the F&B Manager. Assist the F&B Manageror shift supervisor in checking for proper food and taste. Check staffing levels. Inform appropriate staff members of any call outs and notify of any changes. Consult with the F&B Manager or supervisor if reinforcements need to be called. Check warewashing machine for proper temperature and chemical level. Make sure appropriate dishes and silverware are set up nearby for easy access during your shift. Ensure the POS equipment is in correct functioning order and all supplies are stocked and available.
