Join our team as a night shift, full-time, Medical Surgical Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit. Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development over the lifespan and assess data reflective of patient status to identify each patient's age‑specific needs. Plan for provision of patient care, including development, modification, and implementation of plan of care in accordance with HHS standards, as described by patient care policies and procedures. Adhere to and abide by rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Job Requirements Associate's degree in nursing (ADN). Current Oklahoma RN license.
