Physical Therapist - Part-time

Seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for comprehensive patient assessments and individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Key Duties Include Performing initial evaluations, setting functional goals, and developing age-appropriate treatment plans. Administering modalities, exercises, and procedures while educating patients, families, and caregivers on home care. Documenting progress, updating treatment plans, and communicating with physicians. Managing patient load and ensuring safety and infection control standards. Participating in departmental education, meetings, and quality improvement activities. Supervising students and supporting departmental training initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Current or temporary state licensure and BLS certification. Preferred experience with adult and geriatric populations and supervising students. Must meet physical requirements including lifting, standing, and movement activities.
