This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where professionalism, urgency, and clear communication are essential. You will guide customers toward the right solutions while coordinating with our team to ensure a smooth experience. Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner Answer inbound calls and handle inquiries efficiently Guide customers to appropriate products based on their needs Process orders, rentals, and transactions accurately Coordinate with delivery and service teams Maintain organized customer records Resolve customer concerns calmly and effectively What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (in-person and phone) Ability to multitask and stay organized Positive attitude with a sense of urgency Comfortable guiding conversations (not just taking orders) Reliable and team-oriented This is a fast-paced role that requires ownership and strong communication.
