About the Camp Santa Barbara Christian Camp is currently accepting applications for the 2025 season. Positions are predominantly part‑time and run on weekends in several departments. Positions Open Recreation Food Service Maintenance Hospitality Responsibilities The role requires teamwork, adherence to camp policies, and direct interaction with guests. Specific duties vary by department but generally include supervising activities, serving food, maintaining facilities, and providing hospitality services. Qualifications Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability Agreement with Santa Barbara doctrinal statement, values, and handbook Pleasant personality (even in stressful situations) toward guests and staff Current Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one (for Food Service positions) Minimum 18 years of age and high school graduate for recreation activity venues Minimum 16 years of age for food and beverage shops Reliable transportation, inclement weather included Physical Demands Must be able to lift 50 pounds Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job Reliable transportation, inclement weather included Application To express interest, please complete our online application.
