BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Location: Irvine & Tustin, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $71,000–$85,000 annually DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours

A growing behavioral health organization in Orange County is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join their team. The organization supports individuals with Autism and Trisomy-related conditions using evidence-based, neuroaffirming care focused on improving independence and quality of life for clients and families.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values clinical autonomy, mentorship, and collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, RBTs, and Program Managers
• Ensure quality assurance and treatment integrity across assigned cases
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and modify treatment plans as needed
• Mentor and support clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client success
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet billable hour expectations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with children and young adults in behavioral health settings
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for compassionate, client-centered care
