Registered Nurse - Weekend RN - Home Health Visits BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East Tucson home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. Weekend RN position - visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions. Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required . This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area. Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time schedules available.
