Call Center Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to assist customers by phone, answer questions, provide product and service information, and support customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and developing valuable customer service and professional experience. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company offerings. Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs. Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs. Assist customers with routine questions and service requests. Follow up with customers and prospective customers when appropriate. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Assist with customer outreach and lead generation activities. Escalate customer concerns to appropriate team members when necessary. Communicate customer feedback and recurring questions to the team. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. Previous call center, customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
