Senior Accountant

Level is seeking a Senior Accountant to help us scale our financial operations and ensure a strong backbone for our next stage of growth. What You Will Do: Own and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury management, and bank reconciliations across several operating units Assist with accounting for international operation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and vendors as needed Evaluate and implement accounting systems and processes that scale with company growth Qualifications Need to Have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Qualified for CPA license; CPA strongly preferred 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 accounting firm or high-growth startup is highly preferred) Deep understanding of US GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and balance multiple tasks with aggressive timelines simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
