Based out of Tulsa, we operate 8 locations across 4 states. With Rheem Air Conditioning as our primary partner, we supply equipment, parts, and supplies to local HVAC contractors. About the Role We are recruiting for a Branch Operations Manager to lead our Denton, TX location. The branch operates a showroom, warehouse, and delivery fleet. This is a smaller branch with 3 total employees; thus, as Branch Operations Manager you will be very hands‑on to assist with most functions of the daily operations. Sales are focused on business‑to‑business with a high degree of repeat sales to a core group of customers. Responsibilities Lead daily operations, manage showroom, warehouse, and delivery fleet. Engage in multiple roles as needed when short‑staffed. Ensure superior customer service and effective operations. Skills Required Previous HVAC industry experience, preferably in wholesale sales to contractors Track record of providing superior customer service Excellent interpersonal skills Good level of computer aptitude and proficiency Willingness to engage in multiple roles as needed when short‑staffed Base Salary Target base salary is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
