FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chapel Hill is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who values patient-centered care, clinical autonomy, and meaningful outcomes in an owner-led outpatient clinic.

We believe the best results happen when patients are truly heard and clinicians are trusted to think. Our clinic is intentionally designed around 1-on-1 treatment , individualized care, and outcomes—not volume, checkboxes, or rigid protocols. PTAs here are given the time, space, and professional respect needed to treat patients thoughtfully and effectively.

If you prefer high-volume, protocol-driven clinics, this is not the right role.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Deliver individualized therapeutic exercises, activities, and patient education

• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and clinical changes

• Educate patients on home programs and long-term care strategies

• Participate in team discussions focused on patient outcomes and clinic improvement

Required Skills

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited)
• Up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license
