This role is responsible for shaping how our products are understood by executives, buyers, analysts, and customer-facing teams.You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure our value proposition is clear, differentiated, and aligned with enterprise buyer expectations.## Key responsibilities### Product Strategy & Positioning* Define and maintain clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for enterprise and mid-market audiences* Translate complex product capabilities into business-level outcomes for executive buyers* Develop and refine ICPs, buyer personas, and solution narratives across industries and segments### Go-to-Market Leadership* Lead enterprise-ready go-to-market strategy for major product launches and platform updates* Partner with Product and Engineering to align launch readiness, roadmap communication, and customer impact* Drive structured launch execution including internal enablement, external messaging, and cross-functional alignment### Sales & Field Enablement* Own the creation of enterprise-grade sales enablement assets, including executive decks, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, and customer case studies* Enable sales, solutions, and customer success teams with clear product narratives and differentiation* Support strategic deals by providing messaging guidance and competitive insights### Market, Customer & Competitive Intelligence* Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and market assessments to inform messaging and positioning* Maintain a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape and evolving buyer expectations* Influence product strategy by surfacing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive signals### Executive, Analyst & Customer Messaging* Support analyst relations efforts with positioning materials, briefings, and competitive context* Partner with customer marketing on enterprise case studies, testimonials, and reference programs* Ensure consistency and clarity of product messaging across website, campaigns, events, and executive communications### Qualifications* 8–12+ years of product marketing experience in **B2B SaaS** , with a strong focus on enterprise products* Proven experience leading enterprise-scale product launches and go-to-market initiatives* Deep understanding of complex buying committees and long sales cycles* Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts in executive-level business language* Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success* Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills### Preferred Experience* Background in enterprise software, platform SaaS, AI-enabled products, data, or infrastructure solutions* Experience working with or supporting analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC* Familiarity with multi-product portfolios and global go-to-market motions* Experience in regulated or high-compliance industries is a plus### What We Offer* High-impact role with visibility across executive leadership* Opportunity to shape enterprise product narratives at scale* Competitive compensation, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits* Collaborative teams based in **Palo Alto and New York**### CompensationBase Salary Range:: $160,000 – $200,000 (location and experience dependent)Additional:: Bonus, equity, and full benefits## At a glanceLocation: Palo Alto, CA and New York, NYEmployment type: Full-timeLocation type: On-siteDepartment: Product & Marketing
