Production Supervisor (Semiconductor Services) - 1st Shift

Location Phoenix, AZ Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise production personnel in the delivery of services, including parts cleaning, etching, and other specialized processes. Develop and manage work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations. Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles. Maintain accurate records and reports, including training and quality control documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with engineering, quality, and other teams as needed. Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to UCT's safety and quality standards. Manage and improve processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Other Duties Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and operations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Educational/Certification Requirement Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience Requirement 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a parts cleaning services or high‑tech industry. 1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a parts cleaning or production setting. Subject to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, exposure to chemicals and debris. Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable. May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computers, etc. Overnight Travel Work may require out of town travel depending on assignment (training and meeting).
