* Support production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment
* Set up and prepare molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
* Place reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh, embeds) per specifications
* Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
* Support curing process and strip finished products from molds
* Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, marking/stenciling)
* Cut and tie wire/rebar as needed for reinforcement
* Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
* Keep work area clean and organized
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

* Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
* Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals
* Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings)
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required
