Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, color services, and styling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Stay current on trending techniques and products
- Contribute to a positive and professional salon atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively within a small team
- Exercise complete creative independence in styling
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of cosmetology school
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of hairstyling experience
- Valid Illinois cosmetology license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
