Job Title: Healthcare IT Professional
Location: Hospital in Newport Beach, CA(100% Onsite)
Hours of Operation: 7 AM - 5 PM
Hourly Rate: $60-$75/hr depending on experience
About Us:
We’re looking for a Healthcare IT Professional to join our team and support the backend implementation and testing of critical healthcare systems, focusing on integrations with EPIC and third-party apps.
Responsibilities:
- Manage backend implementation and testing of healthcare IT systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve clinical workflows through technology.
- Focus on integrations with EPIC and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure smooth system operation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows.
- Knowledge of EPIC integrations and third-party app integrations.
- Ability to work on backend systems and testing.
- Must be a strong communicator and able to collaborate with a variety of teams.
- Certifications in EPIC or third-party apps are not required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience with relevant applications, modules, or equivalent systems.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare environment, preferably acute care.
- Experience with hospital third-party applications.
- Experience with Nurse Call Systems (Critical Alert).
- Experience with Fetal Monitoring Applications (e.g., Centricity Perinatal).
- Experience with Patient Engagement Applications (e.g., Pcare).
- Experience with Patient Sitter Monitoring Systems.
