What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to ensure their ongoing interest and support their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
