Service Consultant

Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Consultant is responsible for supporting and promoting customer service products and offerings aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, driven by analysis and evaluation of operational data within the Customer Service department. The Service Consultant will focus on identifying and developing opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships as well as working cross-functionally with sales, service, technical support, and parts operations to provide exceptional customer service. The Service Consultant will also maintain and support customers with digital programs offered.ResponsibilitiesHandling of inquiries that need additional measures (e.g. modification kits, spare parts kits, additionally needed parts for major components …) from quotation to order completionCoordination and organization of offers to ensure customer satisfaction and to gain the related ordersFollow-up of quotations and evaluation of reasons for orders not receivedAnalysis of customers, market and competition in regards to customer needs and sales potential.Pro-active offering of customer service products based on analysis and customer needs and gaining related orders.
