Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
Jet Rubber Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing operations. This is a first-shift position working four 10-hour days, with fifth-day overtime.
The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and plant systems. Candidates should have hands-on knowledge and experience with:
- Electrical systems up to 480V
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Manufacturing and production equipment
- General plant maintenance and troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance and equipment repair
The successful candidate will be a dependable self-starter who can effectively troubleshoot problems, communicate with team members, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail. A good attendance record and commitment to maintaining a safe, productive work environment are essential.
