This is more than a shift lead role - it's where real restaurant leaders get their start. As a Shift Coordinator, you'll step into the action, leading a team of Team Members and gaining hands-on experience in every part of running a successful restaurant. It's the perfect proving ground for anyone with their eye on a future in restaurant management.

What You'll Own
- Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift
- Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy
- Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance
- Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve
- Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
- 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience
- A strong sense of guest service and team leadership
- Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed
