Garden Springs Healthcare is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead Warren Nursing & Rehabilitation, a high-acuity skilled nursing facility serving the Warren–Youngstown community.

What You'll Do

• Lead Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational performance.
• Champion Clinical Quality: Partner with nursing and clinical leadership to support our specialized respiratory, ventilator, and complex care programs while maintaining a focus on quality measures and positive resident outcomes.
• Drive Census & Market Growth: Collaborate with admissions, business development, and hospital partners to strengthen referral relationships, maximize occupancy, and expand our presence throughout the Warren–Youngstown market.
• Build an Exceptional Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, employee engagement, and retention.
• Own Financial Performance: Manage facility budgets, staffing, labor, and financial results while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Elevate the Resident Experience: Maintain meaningful relationships with residents and families while ensuring compassion, dignity, and personalized care remain central to everything we do.

What We're Looking For

• Active Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong understanding of high-acuity clinical environments, regulatory compliance, quality measures, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to develop teams, improve outcomes, and drive census and financial results.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, approachable leadership style with the confidence to make decisions and the accountability to deliver results.
