What You’ll Do

• Develop and expand your own book of business through new client acquisition

• Build relationships and guide clients through key financial decisions (retirement, protection, education planning)

• Offer tailored solutions across insurance and financial products

• Grow your knowledge and skills through specialized training and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

• You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation

• In 2024, the average income of our financial professionals under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $120,555. Individual agent performance will determine your income. 

• Benefits for eligible full-time agents include medical, dental, life and long-term disability coverages, 401(k) and pension.

Compensation:

$80,000

Responsibilities:

• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
• Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services

Qualifications:

• Should have working knowledge of a CRM
• A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
