LifeSpeed provides systematic behavioral support to individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings. We are currently seeking a confident BCBA to oversee our amazing team of Behavior Therapists. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, patient, fluent in both researching as well as applying the principles of ABA, eager to collaborate and share their own expertise, and willing to continue to develop their clinical skills across various diagnoses, settings, and demographics.

Responsibilities
-Ensuring colleagues design effective interventions using assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland) to create treatment plans that identify socially-significant goals for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in unique environments (e.g., CILA, school, Clinic, home, Day Program, community).

-Maintaining performance management systems and providing systematic training on implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques as needed.

-Staying current with research related to best practices and ongoing collaboration with other professionals.

-Providing guidance and feedback as candidates pursue BACB fieldwork supervision.

Requirements
-Must have BCBA accreditation
-Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, One Drive and similar applications

-Access to reliable transportation
-Able to commit to at least 32 hours of work per week with some evening availability (at least until 5pm)

Work Location

-Greater Chicagoland area [Early Learning Center and Adult Day Program  in Forest Park]
