We are seeking an experienced CT & X-Ray Multimodality Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services in acute care, outpatient, emergency, and trauma settings. The technologist must have recent hands-on experience in both CT and X-ray and be comfortable performing a broad range of diagnostic studies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT and X-ray examinations according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Perform CT studies of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, cervical spine, thoracic spine, and lumbar spine.
• Perform examinations with and without contrast as appropriate.
• Prepare and administer contrast media safely according to established protocols.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs for contrast-enhanced studies.
• Perform advanced CT procedures such as brain perfusion, CT/virtual colonography, CT arthrography, and transplant studies as required.
• Work effectively with adult acute care, outpatient, Emergency Department, Level I Trauma, and pediatric acute care patients.
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and other image post-processing.
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment and utilize PACS for image review, processing, and documentation.
• Maintain patient safety, radiation safety, infection-control, and imaging-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience;
  2 years preferred.
• Recent experience in both CT and X-ray is required.
• ARRT Advanced certification required.
• ARRT(R) certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Recent experience with Siemens equipment preferred/required per facility needs.
• Strong IV-start and contrast administration skills.
• Experience with PACS and MPR/image post-processing.
• Ability to work in high-acuity environments, including ED and Level I Trauma, is highly desirable.
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.

Schedule:

• 3 × 12-hour shifts
• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Day shift

CT/X-Ray Multimodality Tech needed with recent experience in both modalities, ARRT Advanced + ARRT(R) + BLS, strong CT/trauma skills, IV/contrast experience, and Siemens/PACS proficiency;
3×12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM.
