This PRN position in our Denver, Colorado market, where you'll collaborate with fellowship-trained clinicians, is perfect for both new graduates and experienced therapists. Compensation: Hourly rates range from $60.00 to $71.00, based on experience Work Schedule: PRN Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval. Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner: Initial evaluations Daily treatment notes Staffing reports Discharge summaries Timely reassessment Educational activities for patient Billing-related documentation Insurance justification letters for equipment purchase and rentals Other patient care-related documents as needed Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts. Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed. Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians. Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality. Assist the Medical Director as directed in the following, but not limited to: Utilization Review & Quality Assurance Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid physical therapy license in good standing, or diploma to practice physical therapy in the State of Colorado. Current CPR certification.
