Customer Service Coordinator
Serves as a liaison between customers, production, and shipping. Responsible for managing customer pick-up (CPU) tickets, coordinating UPS/FRT shipments, and ensuring accurate communication regarding order status and delivery readiness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery scheduling
- Manage and track CPU tickets; coordinate with production on timelines
- Coordinate UPS and freight shipments, including labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and purchase orders
- Confirm delivery readiness with customers prior to shipment
- Generate daily CPU reports and maintain documentation
- Support shipping operations and coordinate with loaders for staged pick-ups
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or manufacturing
