What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in a busy ICU/CCU setting
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Assist with patient assessments and vital sign monitoring at least hourly or more frequently as needed
- Support trauma, surgical, neuro, cardiac, OB, and medically unstable patients requiring advanced interventions
What You Need
Required:- Current Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of experience in ICU/CCU
- Ability to provide high-quality, detailed patient assessments and interventions
- Experience in trauma, neuro, cardiac, or surgical critical care
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
