Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access‑related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observed conditions and reporting security‑related concerns. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas while assisting with crowd flow, lost person reports, and/or other guest service needs common to a mall environment. Support store personnel and property management with security‑related requests, policy reminders, and incident information in alignment with Allied Universal standards and site expectations. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
