About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist PT, you will be responsible for:
Conducting individualized assessments to identify resident goals and develop treatment plans to achieve those goals
Designing and implementing innovative physical therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and functioning
Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
Educating residents and families on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining optimal health and function
Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the healthcare team

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting (may consider new graduates)
