We are seeking a motivated and organized

Project Coordinator

to support

project planning, scheduling, documentation, stakeholder communication, and project delivery activities

. You will work closely with project managers, business teams, clients and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate tasks, track progress and help ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with project planning, scheduling and coordination activities.Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task lists and deliverables. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document meeting minutes and action items. Track project progress and follow up with team members on outstanding tasks. Prepare project status reports, presentations and progress updates. Maintain project documentation, records and shared project files.
