Job Description Job Description Job description: · Wash, dry, vacuum and prepare boats for delivery. · Clean and remove dust, grease and oil from exterior surfaces of in stock and customer boats and trailers. · Cover and uncover boats as needed · Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the dealership to ensure a professional work environment conducive to selling ·Wet Sanding or any gelcoat experience leads to higher pay · Must be proficient in Buffing/Polishing. · Other duties as required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Buffing: 1 year (Required) Detailing: 1 year (Required) Car wash: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Company Description About West Coast Boat Center Reno When you want to buy a boat, you don't want to go just anywhere to find one.
