Role Description
This full-time, hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your legal career in a supportive environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. You'll work with clients on complex elder law matters while contributing to practice growth and development.
This position will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation in elder law matters, including estate planning, trusts, and guardianships, and long-term care issues. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients and their families, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing cases, developing client relationships, and participating in marketing and business development activities to grow the practice.
Essential Qualifications
- Active Virginia Bar License (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trusts and estates
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with marketing and business development activities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong technology skills and comfort learning new software
