Litigation Paralegal

Our firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Probate Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and at least 3+ years of recent experience handling contested probate matters. Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters from inception through trial Draft pleadings, discovery, and litigation-related documents Handle calendaring, court filings, and service of process Assist with law and motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation Maintain case files and provide comprehensive litigation support Qualifications: 3+ years of recent Trust & Probate litigation experience Experience with trust contests, will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, conservatorships, guardianships, and other contested probate matters Strong knowledge of discovery, trial preparation, court procedures, and case management Highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently Seeking a long-term career opportunity (not contract or temporary work) Compensation: $95,000-$135,000 base salary plus bonus, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
