Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex | Physician-Owned Private Practice
Texas Metroplex Institute for Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (TMI) is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to join our well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty orthopaedic private practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex offering two state of the art clinic and on-site rehabilitation facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated surgeon looking to build a high-quality trauma practice with strong clinical support, long-term partnership potential, and access to diverse ancillary revenue streams.
Position Highlights
- 100% physician-owned private practice
- Trauma call coverage at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a 294-bed Level II Trauma Center with continued growth and expansion plans
- Call stipend provided
- Productivity-based compensation model with strong earning potential
- Partnership opportunity after 1 year
- Significant ancillary income opportunities, including physical therapy, imaging, and DME
- Optional ASC and real estate investment opportunities
- Opportunity to assist with care for professional sports organizations, including the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars
- Collaborative, collegial practice environment with a strong referral base
Candidate Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery
- Eligible for or currently holding a Texas medical license
- 2–3 years of experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Team-oriented mindset with an interest in long-term private practice growth
