Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Advisor to serve mass-market individuals, high-net-worth individuals, and business owners. Reporting to the agency owner, this role will provide investment management, comprehensive wealth planning, and retirement planning through a hybrid advisory model that may include fee-only fiduciary advice, fee-based advice, and commission-based sales.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on investment management, comprehensive wealth planning, and retirement planning.
- Conduct regular client reviews and assess evolving financial needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate new business through advisor-generated referrals, community networking, firm-provided leads, and seminars.
- Provide advisory and sales support across appropriate fee-only, fee-based, and commission-based engagement models.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial advising.
- FINRA Series 66 or Series 65 license.
- FINRA Series 63 license.
- Experience in financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
