Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator:
• Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, payments, and account-related requests
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Partner with Sales and Operations to address customer needs and operational challenges
• Maintain accurate customer account records and document customer interactions
• Generate customer service reports and support process improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the Customer Service Coordinator:
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Experience with order processing, invoicing, customer account management, or manufacturing environments preferred
