Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage crew members during shifts to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory, staffing, and scheduling to optimize restaurant performance.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to develop their skills and performance.
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably within food service or retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Reliable, motivated, and proactive work ethic.
